Things To Do:
- R-M 812 Fisheye Eliminator can be used, if necessary, add 1/4 to 1/2 cap full per quart or gun cup.
- Do use UNO-HD color mixture within 1 hour for best results.
- Do use HR50 Blending Reducer to melt in UNO-HD Color when completing a color blend.
- Do use DC95 Low VOC Clear for high gloss and clearcoated OEM repairs. (for Spot Repair)
- Do measure the hardener - DO NOT ESTIMATE
- Do use DH42 Rapid Hardener in cool weather to reduce dry times. (for Spot Repair)
- Do add up to 1 oz. of Jet95 per quart or UNO-HD when using DH46 Hardener, if necessary. (for Spot Repair)
- Do use Jet95 0.5 to 1% with DH46 if necessary (for Complete Repair)
- Do use 10% SC01 Base Booster, 10% SC10 Mixing Clear and 5% HD10 Multifix in the intermix formula.
- Do use DC92, DC95 or DC98 in the last coat to improve the UV protection and gloss, if necessary.
- Do shake tinting bases for 10-15 minutes on a paint shaker before using or placing on a mixing rack.
- Do mechanically agitate all bases at the start of the day and every 4 hours throughout the day to ensure good color matching.
Things NOT To Do:
- Do not add more or less DH42 or DH46 Hardener.
- Do not attempt to recoat, sand or compound until the final coat has dried a minimum of 24 hours.
- Do not use if the shop temperature is below 15°C/60°F.
- Do not use any hardeners other than DH42 or DH46 or reducers other than UR Series.
- Do not use JET95 when using DH42.
- Do not use HD17 or HD18 in this presentation.
- Do not use UNO-HD wet-on-wet over EP589, EP689, EP789 or EP889.
